Alpenglow 'INAG-E61' hybrid maple, a red leafed upright hybrid maple that is cold hardy down to -30°F. Named for the red blush that illuminates Mount Hood’s snowy peak when the sun is low on the horizon, Alpenglow® has flat, deeply lobed leaves that emerge ruby and darken to a rich merlot. It has an elegant oval habit, with arching main branches and translucent leaf veins that enable the leaves to catch the light and glow. In fall, the canopy blazes orange and red.
