Euphorbia x martini 'Ascot Rainbow' rainbow spurge has very attractive foliage, yellow borders on sage green leaves. Vivid red blooms in late spring to early summer. So it technically is supposed to be a perennial in Chicago but it is tender enough that we put it in the annual section.
